Shanco Building Group was founded by North American Building industry veteran, Richard Shan with a vision and commitment to excellence.

An  entrepreneur who has completed a myriad of  residential and commercial properties throughout his 25 plus year career.

Shanco has succeeded through being an innovative developer-builder. By playing many roles, Shanco Building Group in conjunction with Shanco Construction Company (a state licensed building contractor) and Core Real Estate Services Inc. (a licensed real estate firm) takes a streamlined,  integrated and ultimately successful approach to building new home communities.

Under the direction of its President, Richard Shan, Shanco is constantly striving to pioneer new  solutions to deliver better housing.

Its principals and team believe in plain talk and careful planning. Our no-nonsense approach to  building results in homes which exceed the industry standards of quality and meet the home buyer’s desires. The Shanco Group with over 25 years of experience in all facets of the home building industry.

Most notably Shanco Building Group has been a strategic builder in South East Broward County, Florida, having completed numerous projects, many award winning.

Shanco Building Group has a passion and commitment to “Building the Future . . . while Preserving the Past”. To this end we have has undertaken Historical Preservation projects in conjunction with the City of Hallandale Beach, helping to create Hallandale’s first ‘Historical Village’, by way of  Donating the land and building for the Curci House (circa 1926) and then relocating the Moffitt House (circa 1906) to the site.
